• Online orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday-Friday only
• Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days
• Orders placed on the weekend and holidays begin processing on the next business day
• Shipping notifications are emailed immediately after the order has been shipped
• For West Malaysia, we offer FREE standard shipping for order values above RM150, while a standard shipping charge of RM5 will be applied on order values less than RM150.
• For East Malaysia, a standard shipping charge of RM12 will be applied on order values below RM150, while a standard shipping charge of RM8 will be applied on order values above RM150.
