Thank you for shopping with SKECHERS.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unworn/defective item(s) within 15 days upon receiving your product. To submit your request for a refund, please click here.

Please be advised that all return shipping charges are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be borne solely by the customer. Your refund will include the cost of the item(s) and tax only.  

Refund Process and Information

SKECHERS Online processes most returns within 5-10 business days upon receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Please ensure that the item(s) due for return is in a marketable condition and the original package is intact. (Note: Please ensure that the shoe box is not damaged or smudged).

And please pack and seal your return package securely in an undamaged bag together with the shipping slip or order form. Affix the return code on the shipping slip, and ship the parcel to our warehouse. (We highly advise all customers to not pack returns in the original see-through packing bag to prevent loss of item(s) during shipping.)

Important: Once we initiate the credit for return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will posted to your account. Generally, funds will appear in your account within 30 business days. However, in certain circumstances, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.

Reasons for Unacceptable returns:

Under the following circumstances, we will NOT be able to process your returns:

• Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated

• Products with loose threads or cracks due to external scratches by hard objects, or internal wear and tear

• Damaged products due to use for longer than intended service life

• Damaged products due to improper wash

• Products with color fading due to display

SKECHERS is unable to provide any exchange for any reason whatsoever, including size, color and model. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please proceed to return the item and submit a request for a refund as per the SKECHERS exchange and refund policy.
