To register as Skechers Pre-Member, you will need to sign up via member portal at members.skechers.com.my. To upgrade to Silver or Gold Membership, members must meet the minimum spending requirement for the respective tier.
Silver and Gold Members can earn points at all Skechers Concept Stores and Skechers Website excluding Skechers City Outlets, Skechers Outlet stores, Skechers Shop in Shop, Department stores, Skechers Temporary Pop-Up Stores and Skechers Fairs. Please refer to the participating store list here for more details.
Provide your registered mobile number at the point of purchase to verify your membership account. Once verified, our store staff will assist in crediting the points to your membership account.
Skechers Members may redeem and use Welcome Vouchers (RM30/RM50) and RM20 E-Vouchers (redeemed using points) at Skechers Outlets. However, points will not be earned on purchases made at Skechers Outlets, and membership discounts are not applicable at these locations.
Please be informed that effective 3 July 2023, only one (1) Gift Voucher or Welcome Voucher may be used and redeemed per single receipt. The redemption of multiple vouchers in one transaction is not permitted from the effective date onwards.
Yes. Points earned within the same calendar year will expire on 31 March of the following year. Points carried forward into the next year will be referred to as Grace Points.
Example:
Points earned between 1 January - 31 December 2025 will expire on 31 March 2026.
Points issued on 1 January 2026 onwards will expire on 31 March 2027.
Welcome Gift E-Vouchers (RM30/RM50) and RM20 E-Vouchers can be used as cash equivalent at all Skechers Concept Stores, City Outlets, and Outlets. E-vouchers will not be reissued if used in a voided transaction or during system downtime.
No, you can accumulate the points and redeem them any time before they expire via our member portal at members.skechers.com.my
Redeemed RM20 E-vouchers are valid only on the same day (until 11:59PM), it's recommended to use them immediately.
Only one (1) E-Voucher can be redeemed per transaction (effective 3 July 2023).
Yes. When you spend RM1,800 within 365 days, a RM50 Renewal E-Voucher will automatically be added to your account. You will receive a new RM50 Renewal E-Voucher every year if you continue to meet the Gold membership spending requirement.
Skechers Silver Member will be downgraded if they do not spend at least RM750 for 365 days.
Skechers Gold Member will be downgraded to Silver member if they do not spend at least RM1,800 within 365 days.
At the member portal on (member.skechers.com.my), select "Forget Your Password" during sign-in. A reset email will be sent to your registered email address once you have completed the required information.
Alternatively, you can choose “Reset My Password using Mobile Number” to reset via your registered phone number.
Silver and Gold Members will earn double points on their first transaction purchase during their birthday month (calendar month) at physical Skechers Stores that issue points. Please view the participating store list here.
To upgrade to Silver Member, spend a minimum of RM750 within 3 months.
To upgrade to Gold Member, spend a minimum of RM1,800 within 12 months.
For RM30/RM50 Welcome Vouchers, the voucher validity is 1 year.
For RM20 E-Vouchers (redeemed using points), the voucher validity is the same day (until 11:59PM) when you redeem via our member portal at
