In-stores: You have to sign up as a pre-member online, and you will be upgraded to higher membership tiers as long as you have met the required minimum spend amount accumulated within 90 days (Silver Member) / 365 days (Gold Member) at all Skechers Concept stores, City Outlets and Outlets.

Members are allowed to use Welcome vouchers (RM30/RM50) and RM20 vouchers redeemed using points in Skechers Outlets. However, no points will be issued and membership discount is not applicable.

Points earned within a calendar year will expire on 31st March of the following year.

Eg. Points issued on 31 December 2021 will expire on 31 March 2022. Points issued on 1 January 2022 will expire on 31 March 2023.

Welcome gift e-vouchers can be used in place of cash. You can accumulate these gift e-vouchers and redeem them in one (1) transaction. These vouchers are applicable in all Skechers Concept stores, City Outlets and Outlets.

Yes, a RM50 Welcome e-Voucher will automatically be added to your account after you have achieved RM850 purchase from in-store purchases made within 365 days. A new RM50 e-Voucher will be issued every year if you continuously maintain your Gold membership status.

Skechers Silver membership expires after not spending up to RM350 for 365 days. If Gold members do not spend up to RM850 within 365 days, they will be placed in the Skechers Silver membership tier.
