• Online orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday-Sunday
• Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days
• Shipping notifications are emailed immediately after the order has been shipped
• West Malaysia: FREE shipping for orders over RM150 (RM5 fee for orders below RM150).
• East Malaysia: RM8 shipping for orders over RM150 (RM12 fee for orders below RM150).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Eligible local stock products may be returned within 15 days of receiving the order, subject to our return policy.
• Certain products, including innerwear and products marked as non-returnable or non-refundable, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except if the item received is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.
